We know there are a lot of moving parts to the visa application process, and it's not always possible to be in front of a computer to check-in on a case.
For employees whose companies already use Envoy Global, the Envoy Mobile app gives you the features needed to check the progress of a visa application at any time from a mobile phone. After downloading and logging in with the same credentials you use for the Envoy web platform, the mobile app can be used to:
. View the status of a case
. Upload required case documents
. View messages in Communication Center
. Post a message for an Envoy-affiliated attorney or in-country expert
. Retrieve current I-94 information directly from USCBP
. View expiration dates for current status and passport
. Upload documents to the Personal Document Library
. Receive notifications for case status updates and for new messages
